YOUTH MINISTRY ADMINISTRATOR
I married my husband, Joel, on August 5, 2016. We met at Crossroads and have been together since January 1, 2010. When I’m not hanging out with students, I’m often relaxing at home watching Netflix, hanging out with our friends, or playing with our fur baby, “Luna.”
I was born in Mississippi but grew up in Mesa, Arizona where I lived for 14 years. When I was a junior in high school, my family moved to Castle Rock in the middle of a HUGE snowstorm that was nothing like any weather I had ever experienced, or really even imagined. I graduated from Douglas County High School in 2008. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis on Youth Ministry. I’ve worked in a variety of different jobs: restaurant, retail, and mortgage but have always felt called to work in youth ministry! After graduation, I started volunteering with the Middle School youth group, which eventually led to volunteering in the High School group until I joined the staff at Crossroads in September of 2011. I love being able to interact with both middle school and high school students, watching them grow closer to God and getting to form relationships with them myself.

You can find me on most social media sites (gotta stay on top of these things to seem “cool” with the students)!
