I came to Crossroads from Woodmen Valley Chapel in Colorado Springs, where I served as the Congregational Care Pastor (pastoral care and counseling with a focus on families with teens). The previous two years, I oversaw the Student Ministry Department. Prior to Woodmen, I spent four years leading the student ministry at Cherry Hills Community Church in Highlands Ranch. I have served students and their families for 35 years in small and large church settings, both portable and multi-site. Growing up, I lived in Naperville, IL and served in ministry in Florida and in Maryland before coming to Colorado. My degree is in Family Counseling and I have received training from Reformed Theological Seminary and Denver Seminary.
My wife, Rose, and I have been married for 36 years and we have two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Amelia. The greatest passions in my life are Jesus, my family, and the local Church. In my free time, I like to explore Colorado and cycle with my wife. I also like to help others as a handyman, and I enjoy fencing (as in sword fighting).
